Get in Shape Gradually and Safely

Hi everyone. I just wanted to say a few words about getting back in shape.You can get healthy gradually, and safely, without staining your heart with an electric bicycle.

One of the great aerobics for baby boomers and a safe fun aerobics for seniors is riding a bicycle with an electric assist motor that lets you pedal until you are tired and then senses when you are pedaling harder and automatically gives you help with pedaling. An electric bike motor is a great way to gradually build up your heart muscles by using your leg muscles.Your leg muscles are the largest muscles in your body. 2. Find an exercise that lets you build your strength gradually which is much, much safer than over-doing it when you are still out of shape.

Use Your Electric Bike in A Smart Way

You can incorporate your aerobic exercise into your daily routine in a smart way. For instance, you can use the electric motor on the way to work so you are not covered in sweat when you get there, and then use old fashion pedal power on the way home.

You can use your e-bike to run errands by putting a basket on it or attaching a cart behind it.

You can also attach a stroller behind it and pedal for exercise but switch to electric if the load gets to be too much.
